Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documentation
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • All returns must be authorized before sending

To request a return, please contact us at info@jcmelectronics.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, installed, soldered, or tampered electronic components
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods, custom orders, and personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at info@jcmelectronics.com within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please complete a return and place a new order after your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
