25. Wholesale & Resale Policy

Wholesale Accounts: Wholesale accounts must be approved in advance. We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our discretion. Wholesale buyers may resell products in their own stores or through their direct customer base. All wholesale customers must comply with the resale policy below.

Retail Sales: Retail orders are only accepted from customers in the United States. We also support international export sales by request. Retail orders must not be used for resale without written authorization.

Resale Restrictions: No customer, whether retail or wholesale, is permitted to resell JCM Electronics products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or similar platforms without express written permission.
